Re: Moving Along

Just even switching from 32 column to 40 column makes it infinitely better. I love the Adam, but *HATE* that 32 column font, the letters are too far apart and makes things quite tough to read.

Your 80 column solution is pretty sweet!

Re: What is CP/M SD

Here are my biggest beefs with CP/M 2.2:

- No subdirectory support
- Line editor sucks
- Doesn't seem to support TSR-type programs

That last one should almost be a separate topic.

A new way to code Coleco games!

For awhile I've been tinkering with their IDE as it covered other systems, like the Atari 2600 and some of the arcade systems from the early 80's, but they just recently added support for MSX, Sega Master System and Coleco programming. Awesome stuff!

Re: Coding on the CV

I gotta say, that's a pretty epic reply :)

Someday (I keep telling myself that so I don't commit harikari) I'm gonna sit down and get back to programming... this will help a lot!

Re: Turbo Pascal 3 bitmap graphics extensions

Definitely need to try this out. Are you open to making sound and controller modules, too?

Re: Turbo Pascal issue under CP/M

Oh, it was unreleased, just more of a refresher exercise for myself. It was called Rock! Paper! Scissors! Fight!, so of course it was a twitch game for two players, basically just rock paper scissors but with an arcade flair. I wrote it in BlitzMax, which is a compiled BASIC language. I got about 85...
